This is a personalized digital service; no physical item will be shipped. The estimated delivery timeline is 10–14 business days after payment, signed agreement, completed intake, required materials, and strategy-session requirements are received.
Refund Policy
Because this package includes customized strategy, writing, and design work, payments are non-refundable once work begins. Payment-plan deposits reserve your project and become non-refundable once work has started. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected.
Terms & Conditions
Your purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the kit. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative products from any portion of the kit. All content remains the intellectual property of The Boss Lady Agency.
